Triple Care Farm
Recovery starts here
Mission Australia’s Triple Care Farm is a youth-specific residential rehabilitation centre in Knights Hill, NSW. It helps young people aged 16–24 start the journey towards recovery in a safe, youth-focused and supportive environment.
Martin Youth Foundation is the major philanthropic funder of Triple Care Farm. Since 1990, we’ve partnered with Mission Australia to give vulnerable young people a safe place to get well and prepare for new opportunities.

Care for the whole person
Lasting recovery must address what sits alongside it: mental ill health and trauma; housing instability; and disconnection from education, employment and family. We fund programs that work with the whole young person, not just their substance use.

Three stages, one connected model
Our funding of Triple Care Farm offers a full continuum of trauma-informed care:
Residential withdrawal at David Martin Place
Up to 10 days of withdrawal management combined with specialist clinical care and individual and group counselling. David Martin Place is the only youth-specific residential withdrawal program in NSW, providing 24/7 medical support on-site at Triple Care Farm.
Residential rehabilitation in a peaceful rural setting
An accredited 12-week program that combines counselling, life skills, education, training and recreation to rebuild young people’s confidence and independence.
Structured aftercare support with Youth Network
This six-month program prepares young people to transition from the treatment setting into normal life with the support of an aftercare worker. It connects them with community, housing, education and employment pathways that prepare them to achieve their potential.

Young people deserve youth-specific care
The youth focus of Triple Care Farm is central to its success. Care designed specifically for young people, delivered by workers trained to support them, gives young people a real chance to recover. And the proof is in the numbers: 4 out of 5 young people who complete treatment at a Youth Network aftercare location, including Triple Care Farm, met or partially met their substance use recovery goals.
