Who runs Triple Care Farm?
Martin Youth Foundation provides funding to support Triple Care Farm (Knights Hill, NSW) and the Youth Network aftercare service (four locations). These programs are delivered by Mission Australia.
What to expect at Triple Care Farm
There are three programs available at Triple Care Farm.
Withdrawal management
Up to 10 days of 24/7 medical care to safely support your withdrawal from drugs or alcohol.
Residential rehabilitation
12 weeks of counselling, life skills, education, training and recreation to support your recovery, and rebuild your confidence and independence.
Aftercare services
Six months of support from an aftercare worker as you make the transition back to everyday life.
Care that works for you
Depending on your needs, you can complete withdrawal + aftercare, residential rehabilitation + aftercare, or a combination of withdrawal + residential rehabilitation + aftercare.
All three programs have been designed for young people and are delivered in a supportive environment by a care team that believes in your potential.
How much does treatment cost?
Treatment at Triple Care Farm costs $210 per week. If you receive Centrelink payments, you may be able to use these to help cover the cost of your stay.

Ready to take the next step?
If you are aged 16 to 24 and experiencing problematic substance use, you can apply for the Triple Care Farm Withdrawal and Rehabilitation programs. The current fee is $120 per week. If you receive Centrelink payments, you may be able to use these to help cover the cost of your stay.
