Martin Youth Foundation was established in 1990 as Sir David Martin Foundation, with a profound purpose: to support young people experiencing addiction and disadvantage across Australia. For over three decades, we have worked to fulfil Sir David Martin’s vision of safety, hope, and opportunity for young people in crisis.

Our success in this mission depends fundamentally on maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct. Public trust is the foundation upon which charities are built and protecting that trust requires all of us to speak up when something is wrong.

What Can Be Reported?

Misconduct, fraud, corruption, breaches of law, dangers to health/safety/environment, or other serious wrongdoing related to the Foundation.

Your Protections

• Your identity will be kept confidential
• You are protected from retaliation, victimisation, and detriment
• You cannot be sued for making a protected disclosure
• Anonymous disclosures are accepted
